Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great, but the parking was limited.

everything was simply nice. the staff were all extremely polite and helpful. it was in a great and particularly good location very close to the main attractions and old town.

Delicious breakfast and unique charm

From the cute check-in to the nice breakfast with local flavors, every moment was good. The relaxation zone with a sauna was an unexpected gem after exploring Torun's historic streets.

Climbing the stairs with luggage was a bit of a hassle, so be prepared to embrace the workout!

The hotel certainly has potential, but I was displeased by the so-called parking situation, actually a scam, and the utter lack of handkerchiefs in the bathroom. Unbelievable! I woudl ve been thrilled with even a tiny upgrade or maybe a complimentary drink after all this. Alas, just couldn't give a good review.

The rooms werenice and neat, and I particularly appreciated the freshly made breakfast with local options. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the breakfast selection was a good array of fresh options that kick-started my day and the convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions.

It was all perfect.

Hotel Eter has an excellent location just off the quieter square. The atmosphere is warm and cute, with helpful staff and a delicious breakfast selection with local flavors. The spacious and comfortable rooms have great amenities like air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. We especially loved the relaxation zone and superb massage service offered after a day exploring Torun.

Parking was a little way away.

Unfortunately, the cleaning of the rooms left a bit to be desired. Noise from hotel operations, especially at night, was also a common complaint, impacting sleep quality. Parking isn't exactly a straightforward deal. While it's available, typical public slots mean a bit of a hassle and a walk if you're parked far away. The air conditioning controls can be finicky, posing a challenge for comfortable room temperatures. A cozy stay, but a 4-star designation feels a stretch to me.

I enjoyed my stay! Breakfast was superb with tons of fresh options, and the food delivered to my room was fabulous. Parking was a bit inconvenient.

Perfect quiet escape

The place is freshly done up, and the smart tech in the room is a nice touch. Breakfast was delish, tons of options. A bummer tho, parking can get a bit tight. A solid choice!

The location of this place is fantastic, it's in a great area near plenty of restaurants and close to the historical center.
