The hotel itself is housed in a beautifully renovated traditional building, with clean and comfortable rooms. I appreciated the small touches, like the hairdryer and safe in the room, as well as the delightful gesture of a small gingerbread. The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes from the center, and the dedicated parking at Kopernik hotel was convenient. The best part was the exceptional service - when we requested a room change due to noisy guests, the receptionist promptly accommodated us and even offered a drink as an apology. a truly enjoyable stay.
